Are these prices in AUD?
Yes. All prices shown are in Australian dollars (AUD). If you’re outside Australia, your card provider will handle any currency conversion.
Do all plans include the same features?
Yes. We don’t gate core features behind higher tiers. Every plan on a track (helpdesk or MSP) includes the same functionality — the only differences are how many agents or endpoints you need.
Can we switch between helpdesk-only and MSP plans later?
Yes. You can start on a helpdesk-only plan and move to an MSP plan later when you’re ready to deploy endpoint agents. We’ll help you move across without losing any data.
How do you count endpoints?
An endpoint is any device running the DeskHarmony agent and reporting into your tenant (for example, a workstation or server). Devices you’ve removed or that haven’t checked in for a while won’t be counted in active usage.
What happens if we go over our included endpoints?
We’ll never cut you off mid-month. If you regularly sit above the included limit, we’ll talk through fair usage and either adjust your plan or agree on a per-endpoint add-on.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are billed month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. If you need annual billing for procurement reasons, contact us and we can set that up.
